What we do:

The Mission of Fathers & Families Inc. is to improve the lives of children, mothers, and families – and to help our communities and our country -- by building awareness of the importance of fathers, by helping fathers be better fathers, and by rebuilding the institution of fatherhood over the next 50 years.

Bill McCuskerFounder & Chief Executive Officer: Bill McCusker
Bill has worked as a consultant, marketer and business developer with large professional services firms, in Philadelphia and around the world, for over 30 years. He is an author (Fatherhood: In Pieces), speaker, husband, father of 2 daughters, former U.S. Peace Corps volunteer (Fiji Islands), graduate of University of Notre Dame and the University of Michigan, and resident of New Jersey.

Phil DunnPhil Dunn
Phil is a Vice President of a leading global insurance broker, a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), an Accredited Advisor of Insurance (AAI), and a Construction Risk Insurance Specialist (CRIS). He is a board member (Liberty USO), husband, father of two young children, former staff assistant in the U.S. House of Representatives, graduate of Monmouth University, and resident of New Jersey.


Edmund GreenEdmund Green
Edmund is a Managing Director in the Financial Services Risk Consulting Practice of a global consulting firm, Adjunct Instructor (Villanova University) at the graduate level in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), author (Systems Thinking and Its Implications for Enterprise Risk Management), speaker, board member (United Way of Delaware), father of 2 adult children, graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and LaSalle University, and resident of Maryland.


Ryan PetersRyan Peters
Ryan is an attorney in the Commercial Litigation and White Collar Crime and Investigations practices of a large Philadelphia based law firm and a member of the Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Washington, D.C. Bar Associations. He is a Lieutenant Commander in the U.S. Navy Reserve (Seal Team 18), former Navy Seal combat leader (Iraq, Afghanistan), board member (Liberty USO), Burlington County, N.J. Freeholder, husband, father of 3 children, graduate of Rutgers Law School and the U.S. Naval Academy, and a resident of New Jersey.

Nikhil is a Client Services Executive of a global information technology and consulting services firm, and has spent over thirty years as an IT and business executive while serving large, sophisticated clients worldwide. He is an author and chef, father of 2 adult children, graduate of the University of New Hampshire and the University of Michigan MBA program, and a resident of Florida.
